#User Experience Research
My current project involves designing concepts, mockups, and hi-fis for a healthcare company operating in Indonesia and Southeast Asia with a mission to meet user goals as well as business goals globally.

Introduction:
Primaku is a full stack parenting ecosystem created to provide a support system for parents in ensuring excellent child health in Southeast Asia.
The app provides a holistic tracker to monitor and nurture child’s growth. The contents and recommendations in Primaku are tailored and supervised by Indonesian Pediatric Association (IDAI).
Role: UXR Leader
Teams:
UXR Qualitative (Anthropologist)
UXR Quantitative-data analyst (Medical Doctor)
Pediatrician (Medical Practitioner)
Product/Designer/Developer
Tasks:
- Team Building
- Introduce UXR approach to the company and stakeholders
- User Experience Research (end to end research)
Research plans:
Fieldwork, supervision, mentoring
Collaboration with product team to propose the new design and prototype
Main problems:
-Low user engagement: Pediatricians are only 1% (from 5000 users) as active users per day.
-Improving community feature on increasing active users (pediatricians and parents).

Biggest challenge "Collaborations"
Collaboration was one of our biggest challenges, especially in the beginning. We worked closely with the product team from the client, making sure they understood the reason and method of our research, prototypes, and testing. In order to work with other people, communication is crucial. We achieved our goals faster by holding regular meetings and workshops.

Outcomes:
Improvement company UX maturity, redesign UI, develop new features, connectivity beyond UXR: government policy-digital literacy among pediatricians.
